禁漫天堂 Jordan Donahue

Jordan Donahue is a resident of Carver, MA, a full time Graphic Design student and a lover of art in all its forms. Since a young age Jordan has expressed a passion for design and turning a blank page into something meaningful and beautiful. She always sees the beauty in the little things and tries to capture it in many of the different mediums she uses such as design, photography, film, and illustration. After going to a vocational high school and choosing Graphic Design as her shop of 4 years, she knew that’s what she was meant to do, and she knew that was what she loved to do. Jordan has gained hands on experience in the industry already by working as a Graphic design Intern and working in the Career Center on Campus as a Graphic Designer and a Career鈥疉mbassador for social media, Graphic Design, and Marketing. She is a passionate and driven young designer who can’t wait to work in and change the world of design.

Statement 

Siply is a hydrating, health beneficial drink brand, competing against Liquid IV, that targets hikers, travelers, and people that just like to get up and move. For this brand we use illustration to bring out the entire meaning of our company, so customers have a little taste of adventure in their bags as they go about their journey.  

Packaging or design in general should always tell a story, whether it be one of the company, or the brand itself. Effective designs make you feel a type of way when you look at them, making you want the product or even in some cases feel nostalgia for something you didn’t even know you could. From the design on a stick of ChapStick to a design on a well-known water bottle brand, each customer’s journey should be unique.
