Campus visit helped local Scouts working on their STEM Nova badge

Bioengineering senior Sadeq Taha and Bioenginering professor Tracie Ferreira took the local Cub Scout Den of Smith Mills Troop 74 on a tour of the Engineering Labs at ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ.

The Cub Scouts were working on their STEM Nova badge. They toured the bioengineering labs, molecular engineering, tissue engineering, medical device and 3D printing labs. They also were wowed in the robotics lab, fluid thermodynamics, and material testing labs.

Sadeq provided an impressive tour and shared the excitement and the wonders of engineering with the youngsters.
