Upon invitation, Professor C.J. Vachon participated in a day-long roundtable of the at UPenn Law and the Wharton School of Business. Her talk touched on issues in corporate governance, entity formation, and complex financial instruments. Participants included practicing lawyers, industry specialists, professors of both law and business, and judges. Vachon focused on consideration of legal and policy implications for small business.
