Topic: Super-r esolution phase imaging in Digital Holographic Microscopy via Oblique Illu mination with aperture masks

\n

Abstract: Convention al digital holographic microscopy (DHM) does not meet the current demand f or non-invasive\, high-resolution inspection in biomedicine\, micro-manufa cturing\, and materials science. This research proposes a super-resolution DHM platform that exploits controlled oblique illumination created by amp litude masks to shift high-spatial-frequency information into the passband of standard low-NA objectives. The fully reconfigurable system integrates a Fourier-optics simulator\, telecentric optical relays\, and a frequency -stitching reconstruction pipeline to ensure faithful recovery of both amp litude and quantitative phase. The technique was validated using simulated data to assess resolution enhancement and preservation of quantitative ph ase imaging (QPI). A processing protocol was developed to properly weight spatial frequencies and maintain QPI capabilities. Experimental advances w ere made for multiple objective lenses\, ensuring super-resolution across setups. This work aims to provide a low-cost DHM framework for use in indu strial and biomedical settings.
