Career Navigator Series: Session 5 - Leadership Development, Relationship Management, and Emotional Intelligence
This interactive workshop explores the core competencies that define effective leadership in today’s workplace. Students will learn how to develop their leadership style, build and manage professional relationships, and strengthen their emotional intelligence. The session focuses on practical strategies for self-awareness, communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics—skills essential for thriving in internships and early career roles.
